Sharon has certifications in deep tissue, medical massage, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, Ayurveda, Swedish, pregnancy and infant massage, and Reiki. Recently, Sharon has completed another certification in the release of fascia called passive fascia release.
